Atlantic Performance is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation practice offering Physiotherapy and Biokinetics under one roof, from musculoskeletal and post-surgical rehabilitation to sport conditioning, chronic disease management and injury prevention.
We were built on a simple belief: rehabilitation and performance are the same journey. We believe recovery means more than just pain-free movement, it means rebuilding the strength, capacity and confidence to get fully back to the sport, the activity, and the life you love.
Based in Sea Point and rooted in Cape Town's active community, we treat the diagnosis but tailor every plan to the individual in front of us, accounting for lifestyle, goals, medical history, and the specific demands of your sport or occupation. Every consultation is unhurried, every programme is bespoke, and every decision is grounded in current clinical evidence.
I specialise in exercise-based rehabilitation and sport conditioning, helping patients recover from injury, surgery, and chronic conditions through structured, progressive movement programmes. My path into biokinetics began with a lifelong love of sport, including rugby, cricket, running, powerlifting, and rock climbing, and a fascination with how the body moves, adapts, and responds to load. That curiosity drives a practice that is precise, evidence-led, and tailored to each patient's goals and lifestyle. I'm a people person at heart, and I believe the relationship between practitioner and patient matters as much as the programme itself, so I take the time to understand not just your injury, but what recovery truly means to you.
My physiotherapy journey began with a netball injury in high school. Regular physio sessions sparked a fascination that quickly grew into a genuine love for the profession. I graduated top of my class from the University of Cape Town in 2020 and have since built my career across hospitals, sports fields and private practice, developing a deep passion for musculoskeletal health and helping people return to the activities they love. As a runner, swimmer, gym-goer and racket sport enthusiast myself, I understand firsthand what it means to be injured, frustrated and desperate to get back. I take a hands-on, educational approach, because I believe that understanding your body is just as powerful as treating it.
